I will begin my 2 month paleo challenge tomorrow through crossfit purgatory. I have been trying to keep a clean diet for a few months now; however, I haven’t stayed with it 100%, especially with the holidays. However, I am highly optimistic that this will be a very good and healthy change in my life.
But, today, before the paleo craziness begins I am having some forbidden food – pierna tortas with fresh bread and mayo, coke zero and who knows what else will come in the rest of the day.
I’m hoping to use this blog to track my eating habits, remember / share some helpful tips and to save some recipes. I didn’t check my starting measurements when they were done at the gym, but my starting weight is 169.8.
Here is hoping this is the beginning of a great paleo lifestyle.
